The starting point of this project has been shaped by the effort to bring together the unique capabilities and knowledge accumulations of each participating organization. Following the clarification of the project concept note, our relevant networks and potential collaborators were carefully evaluated. This outreach process was primarily facilitated through electronic correspondence via e-mail and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn. The aim was to identify partners with competencies and interests aligned with the project's objectives, thereby establishing a strong collaborative foundation for the implementation of the project. The researchers of the applicant organization had already collaborated with the partner organizations in another project and extended partnership invitations for this proposal. Once the partnership was formed, the strengths of all partners were discussed, and the project writing and application process was initiated.
